I caught the Insurance sector break out early by doing this
One simple scan everyday

Not all breakouts lead to a sustained momentum burst.
But,
Most momentum bursts start with a breakout.
If, a bunch of stocks from the same group/sector collectively have a breakout on the same day or consecutive days.
This could mean the start of a rally/momentum for that particular sector.
Now, NOT all collective breakouts lead to a sectoral move.
But, most sectoral moves start off with multiple stocks from that sector breaking out together.
Key point: These moves are always accompanied by high relative volumes.
How do you catch these moves?
Run the scan every day:
